Return Policy

Custom Design Services

Due to the custom nature of our textile design services, design work that has been approved and produced cannot be returned or refunded. We work closely with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction before production begins.

Design Approval Process

Before final production, clients receive:

  • Digital design proofs for review and approval
  • Color swatches and material samples
  • Opportunity for revisions and adjustments
  • Final approval confirmation before production

Once a design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:

  • Investigate the issue promptly
  • Offer a replacement or repair if the defect is confirmed
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible

Material Defects

If you discover a material defect (such as printing errors, color inconsistencies, or fabric flaws) that was not visible in the approval process, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the defective product
  • Partial refund for the affected portion
  • Credit toward future orders

Return Process

If a return is approved:

  1. Contact us at infocenter@collectionmarket.world to initiate the return process
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging
  5. Receive refund or replacement upon inspection

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom design development fees (if project is cancelled after approval)
  • Items damaged by customer misuse or improper care
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
