We provide custom textile design services, including pattern development, fabric selection, and textile printing. All designs are created through a collaborative process between our designers and clients.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, patterns, images, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Custom designs created for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment, while our design process and methodology remain our intellectual property.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and design requirements
- Reviewing and approving designs in a timely manner
- Making payments according to agreed terms
- Using custom textiles in accordance with care instructions
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to begin design work, with the balance due upon completion and approval. All prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
